School news updates from SC GEOS Ottawa

We had a little more snow this week, but the weather is very mild so it has been great. We have 65 students this week.

In the GEOS curriculum, we have an academic excursion each session. On November 30th one group of students went to a Christmas Market at the Museum of History. Another group went to the new Museum of Science and Technology.  Today, we are decorating for Christmas (see the picture from last year).

We are also starting our countdown to Christmas quiz. Each day on social media we’ll post a question which can be answered by checking out our different company websites. There will be prizes presented at the graduation ceremony each Friday until December 22nd.

GEOS Ottawa has 6 levels of ESL running all year round. Currently our elective classes are the following, so we have great class options for everyone:

Level 1 and 2 : Grammar

Level 3 and 4 : Grammar

Level 4 : Intermediate IELTS

Level 5 and 6 : Advanced IELTS

Level 5 and 6 : English for Academic Purposes
