Any information that you provide us by submitting any of our online forms is used exclusively by us for statistical purposes and for any tasks we may need to perform in order to reply to you, your inquiry, or to process your registration. Rest assured that we do not disclose this information to third parties, nor do we rent, sell, or otherwise distribute the information we collect to anyone in any case with the following exceptions:

If you apply or have applied for any class that requires a student visa, your information will be used to issue the I-20 in the SEVIS system as required by law and to apply for work or study permits.

If you apply or have applied for any other course, your information will be used internally only. However, all student files are subject to confidential review by our accrediting bodies, Languages Canada and ACCET, and, in the case of F1 visa holders, the Department of Homeland Security.

If you apply or have applied to be a host family, we will contact the references you provided to us. In addition, if your family is accepted into our homestay program and we place a student / student(s) in your home, we will share the information you have given us with the student(s) placed there prior to their arrival.
